Pendleton, Indiana (April 30, 2011) – Tuesday, April 12, 2011 marked the 150th anniversary of the start of the Civil War and the 3rd year for the Pendleton, Indiana Historical Museum hosted “Encounter At The Falls” a Civil War themed encampment inside Falls Park.

This year one of the very talented Civil War Reenactors taking part in the “Encounter At The Falls” was Mr. Brian Henry whose great-great-grandfather was part of the 35th Regiment Indiana Infantry which was organized on December 11, 1861 during the American Civil War.

Brian shared some of the rich history of the Civil War and the 35th Regiment Indiana during his visit this year.

Three other very talented people who were part of this year’s event were Mr. Mike Lantry, Kevin Rushton and Cindy Rushton who performed the wonderful period music which is included into this video presentation.
