Anderson, Indiana (November 4, 2010) – Today’s Get Linked expo at
Hoosier Park
probably surpassed everyone’s expectations. I arrived just after the expo opened
at 3 pm and the place was already brimming with activity in the upper and lower
levels and more people were coming in constantly. According to Kyle Morley,
President and CEO
of the Madison County Chamber, some 1,200 people were expected to attend today’s
event.
There were about
100 vendors from six surrounding counties were expected to take part in the expo
ranging from industry to technology, entertainment, civic and economic
development.
I spoke with
several people taking part in today’s event including
Kyle Morley with
the Madison County Chamber. Exhibitors I spoke with at the Get Linked Expo at
Hoosier Park were Rocky Walls, 12 Star Media, Wayne Bruzzese, Marketing
Director, Anderson Speedway, Ramona Schafer with Manpower, INC, Rusty Dewitt of
Comcast, and Pat McCune with the Flagship Enterprise Center in Anderson,
Indiana. |
