Pendleton, Indiana (08-28-2010) – Since they first opened their doors in late 2006, Outfitters 4 Kids in Pendleton, Indiana has provided children new clothing, shoes, and other items to children of low income families start out the school year in the South Madison School District in Indiana.

Outfitters 4 Kids was started by Michelle Marks and Mary Harvey. The idea of Outfitters began after Pendleton’s first Back-to-School Fair, a fundraising event put on by local churches to raise money to buy backpacks and school supplies for children on the free and reduced lunch program in the South Madison Community School Corporation of Indiana.
